These verses have been on my mind this last two months. It was actually brought to my attention by a colleague of mine. But it has been festering in my mind for my own life, especially with this new job and situation of moving forward in life.
My questions I'm asking myself right now:
1. What are my deserts?
2. What are my wastelands?

1. God is making a way, where I may not be able see one!

Hello all! I do love that quote, I heard it in a movie, and it was hilarious...but the quote...good one!
Anyways, so let's update..and just chat. Catch up...see how each other's lives are going! Oh wow, I'm telling ya...I have no clue where any of that came from.
The job is going really well. I enjoy it a lot. I write a lot and deal with people a lot. I use the word "great" a lot! - lol - but seriously, I am enjoying it, and I enjoy being home by 4:30 too, that's awesome! I can really see myself growing in this job and learning so much as well. I'm so thankful this job has come along. EXCITING!
Couple other things going on...I plan on going snowboarding/skiing in the next several weeks...I really need to get on the ball with planning that trip. Oh something fun, I'm going to Charleston, SC for a few days in two and half weeks...that's super fun. I have to go for two days of training for some software for work, but I'm excited. I don't know if I'm flying or driving though...depends on if I can get someone to go with me.
I plan on looking into getting an apartment in the next to near future. Either that, or I'm gonna move in with Stacey and rent off of her. I also plan on taking a very nice vacation this summer, and I need to figure out the details and whatnot...this is getting exciting.
Oh my! Well, don't know what else really to say..but love ya'll and I'll talk to you again soon!

Here I Am
I know it has been awhile...and I do apologize. I hope you all are doing wonderfully, and I know I was planning on using this as a forum for important discussion on what is going on in the world, rather than my life; but oh well!

Hello all! The title of this blog is actually a quote from a very good movie...points to whomever can name it!
The reason I wanted to write today though, was because this past week I have felt decently good. I've been very appreciative of my friends and family this past week. Had plenty of self-esteem boosters. I love them all so much!!
It's just great to realize and be so very aware of those people you have close to you at all times. They could never understand how much I appreciate them in my life!
So...I guess this is my way of exclaiming "on the rooftops," so to speak!

Okay ya'll...excellent news...my sister has had the most beautiful baby boy I've ever seen!It's true...he's absolutely precious.
He's a chunk...big boy...9 lbs!!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know what you all are going to say. It has bee a loooooonnnggg time. I know! sadly, I know!
My last post was sometime last May, and although my life doesn't feel like it has changed much, it's slightly different.
I'm working full time at my retail management job, still trying to figuring out goal for work, and where God is leading me. School is over, but living with two people that are still in college, along with all the close friends, still in college, and living in a University town...well...college is over I suppose, but it doesn't feel much like it.
My sister is having her baby in like a week and a half....I'm super super excited.
I'm really not sure what to post, and I believe it's because I have a lot to say, but choose not to voice my thoughts via the internet. I don't wanna be that person who complains and just talks about everything going on in their life, to everyone. You should never clean your dirty laundry in public...I think that was in a movie. Oh well, if you really wanna talk to me, i'm sure I will talk to you...

What now??
Well, let's update, since it truly has been quite a while.
Today is may 22, 2006. On may 13th, I graduated from the college of business and economics. I'm officially done college, unless later in life I decide to return for graduate school. In June, I will be starting my managerial position with Steve & Barry's University Sportswear. This is exciting and makes me slightly nervous. I have to go New York for training on the 4th, so I will then be out of town for a week and a half. Other than that, my life right now is working and eating and sleeping.
so that's the brief update, I don't have much else to say.
oh yeah, i also miss some people.
